Meet the Founder

Sena Yamamoto

I’m Sena Yamamoto, founder of Global Edge, a bilingual hospitality and digital marketing consultancy based in Japan.As a university student at Keio and a solo entrepreneur, I support Japanese hotels, ryokans, and service businesses looking to improve how they attract and serve international guests. I’ve worked with properties of all sizes to enhance guest journeys, modernize digital communication, and build systems that lead to long-term growth.I hold certifications from programs offered by Stanford University, and studied hospitality and tourism through course programs offered by the University of Maryland, Cornell University, and other global institutions, which help me bring fresh perspectives to traditional hospitality.Global Edge was built to give modern tools to businesses that want to grow with clarity and confidence — and I’m here to help you do exactly that.
